AXA Insurance Group

For the AXA Insurance Group’s nationwide “EVT Meet-Up” event series, crossworks projects handled all aspects of technical planning, from concept development to on-site technical management.

A total of four locations, each with 800 participants, were managed under the auspices of the respective AXA regional managers.

The challenge was to develop a modular and consistent technical setup that would guarantee an identical experience for all participants despite the unique conditions of the four locations—ranging from the industrial backdrop of the Duisburg Landscape Park to the modern ambiance of Europa-Park Rust. On-site, crossworks projects, in close cooperation with the lead agency jaeger+ haeckerhase, was responsible for the integration and coordination of all technical and construction trades, space planning, and location arrangements.
